Innovation Guides provide coaching on the Innovation process - from "start" of the process ideation and idea development all the way to the finish with full Innovation "launch and commercialixation". Our goal is th help our clients be successfull every step of the way when the set out to create something new.

     We bring our in-depth innovation insights and our extensive innovation toolbox "armchair consulting" - rather than through major costly consulting “projects”. We provide guidance and coaching all along the way to help you define the path to success and to help you move your organization along that path. We will provide on site facilitation of meetings as needed to move a program forward.
